6 Bedroom Duplex Penthouse with Private roof deck 2 blocks from Lleras. 3 bedrooms, then 2 bedrooms then one on the roof. The roof is private you have your own wet bar where you can entertain. Guests of yours are always free. Make sure they have ID. 2 short blocks and your in the middle of Lleras. 6 wall safes. wifi. 2 sets of washer and dryers. 6 tv's none are smart bring a fire stick and a blue tooth speaker. There's no security guard out front and no elevator your on the 3rd 4th and 5th floors.

Nice place

The apartments were clean and well equipped. The roof patio was not as pictured, but it did have a roof patio and the view of the city was beautiful. It was a challenge connecting with the person who was supposed to give us access to the property. We had to call the owner in the US from the Medellin airport. The uncertainty was unnerving but the owner was responsive and it worked out.
