They had to change my room 3 times because the first one the bed was dirty and sheets not changed, the second there was public and beard hair all over the toilet and sink and floor, the third wasn’t clean but I didn’t have the energy to complain as it was midnight

I like the clean the room was and the polite staff.The location also is good since we have several restaurants around there inclusive a market on the same plaza. However, the most I like is the staff provided my wife a wheelchair since unfortunately she had an accident the first day on Mazatlán. I don't like it doesn't have an extra table to put our personal things, missing a microwave and a little freezer.
