Manque de professionnalisme
Établissement très bien situé mais qui manque cruellement de professionnalisme. Une chambre avec vue sur mer, qui se trouve finalement en rez-de-chaussée, vu sur un bâtiment en construction, sur une rue où se garent les voitures et sur des poubelles jetées par l’hôtel. Une femme de ménage qui laisse la fenêtre ouverte toute la journée alors que nous sommes en rez-de-chaussée et que nos affaires (passeport, ...) sont présentes dans la chambre. Chambre plutôt propre mais la propreté de la salle de bain quant à elle laisse à désirer. Nous noterons tout de même la disponibilité de la personne de l’accueil qui a été disponible quand nous avions eu un soucis avec la serrure de notre porte et qui a demandé au directeur de l’établissement pour nous offrir le petit déjeuner avant notre départ (et nous offrir la taxe de séjour). Mais l’hôtel est très bien situé, proche de toutes commodités, de la promenade le long de la marina et des emplacements pour ce garer gratuitement.
