Very roomy apartment in great area, well located for restaurants and access to all areas of the Sunshine Coast. Great to have a lift and basement parking. Our apartment did have stairs to access the ground floor, reception and also the pool however.

The room and staff were great but the accessibility to the room left a lot to be desired we had a superior room with kitchen facilities but taking luggage and anything else up 48 steps from the garage was quite a strain for 4 -70 year olds , knew they didn't have a lift but would have reconsidered staying there if we knew how had it would be beforehand

Impressive! 2 bed 2 bath apartment was spacious, clean and full of useful and well-thought amenity. This unit was spacious and in a good location. The pool area was nice and the games room was also a welcome addition. However it was very dirty. The shower had mould, there were dead cockroaches in 2 rooms upon arrival, the blankets in the cupboards were very dusty, the walls were dirty, the kitchen was dirty. The doors were difficult to open and close due to hitting the door jam, the blind in the kitchen did not open.
