I have nothing but praises on this hotel. 5 Star quality, from the moment we checked in, Bianca did an excellent job, because we had to move from another hotel in the same area due to unsatisfactory experience, She let us looked at the rooms first prior to deciding which suite to take, special mention to JP and Russell, the concierge guys and all the security people - Roberto, too bad did not remember the names of the rest. The hotel also have an excellent bar in the 22nd floor called Vue where there is ballroom dancing every Monday and live bands from Wed-Saturday l, which are also excellent. Another nice touch on this hotel is an access to a lounge (only if you are in the suites) in the 21st floor, where you can have a snack, all included, anytime of the day and happy hour between 6-8 pm, where they serve light dinner and all drinks, including wines/beer. Another special mention to Pia and Ferdie. The highlight of my trip is meeting the designer (Norman Acuba) who has a shop in the hotel, and does custom made ballroom / dancing costumes and he was able to accommodate to make 2 dresses for me in the span of 3 weeks - i will be seeing you again in a year Norman. Overall we had an excellent experience on this hotel and is highly recommended and so worth it.

SIR BOYLIE, THE DUTY MANAGER WAS SO KIND AND HELPFUL. HE MADE SURE THAT MY 11 DAY STAY WAS AS SMOOTH AS POSSIBLE. EVERY STAFF MEMBER WAS SO RESPECTFUL AND PROFESSIONAL. WILL ALWAYS CONSIDER STAYING AT BELLEVUE WHENEVER IM IN TOWN.

The room was very clean and the staff was very friendly, courteous, and very helpful. There was a big mall within 10-15 minutes walking. There was a little strip mall next door where I was able to grab a quick inexpensive but satisfying bite (Chicken Inasal). A Wildflour restaurant/cafe also opened within 10-15 minutes walking.

Very courteous and friendly staff specially Door men, Security, Concierge, Bell hop, Housekeeping, and even the phone operators, Front desk, and General Managers. This hotel has so much potential. It is just sad that most of the up keep of the rooms were not in par. ( Carpeting were old, filthy, grossly stained. Furnishings upholsteries were grossly stained, needed shampooing. Remote controls for tv were dysfunctional. The Safety deposit box needed to be fixed, it was not locking properly. The Tap on the first room they gave me was just spouting BOILING water and Engineering staff had to come and do some major check how so. I had to be moved 3x to finally find a room that was not defective. The General Managers were quick enough to rectify the situation, in which I am well pleased. Over all, I love this hotel but I am hoping that the Management team of Bellevue Manila would think that it is worth upgrading and keeping it at par since the nearby hotels are just doing their best to be world class as well.

Breakfast buffet was great. Had a family member staying in newer tower and the hallways and room was updated and a 4 star experience while the room in the main tower was dimly lit, hallways were dated and room was half the size. Staff treated us poorly in common areas while treating other guests differently. Not the best experience. Would not recommend or stay again in future.

Bellevue Manila is a good hotel. Checking in was a breeze. The security personnel on site are very respectful, and you would see them always with a smile. Housekeeping personnel are also nice, and they take good care of your room. Restaurant staff are outstanding! The only gripe I have is that on the first night I was there. I turned on the water in the bathtub and rusty water came out. I had to flush it twice. I was thinking that maybe the room has not been used for a while. I recommend housekeeping to flush the bathtub faucet the night before it is occupied by a customer.

This is where I stay everytime I am visiting my relatives snd friends in the Las Pinas area. It’s reasonable with lots of convenience. They offer massage, salon, gym services. Their buffet breakfast is also superb with a mix of Filipino items like garlic rice, longganisa, suman, taho, danggit, pusit, pandesal and lots more. The staff is nice and helpful. Across the street is a Jollibee and Starbucks. They also offer a shuttle service to drop you off at Alabang Town Center, Festival Mall and Molito.

The room was amazing. It’s pretty good for a deluxe room. The staff were nice and accommodating. The spa could be better. The building seem a bit old and could use some updating for the price they charge.

Bigger, better, one could get lost!

Bellevue online checklin process was convenient and sped up the check-in process. Staff were very accommodating, courteous throughout and displayed eagerness to help. Suggestion: The facility is quite large and easy to get lost. When asked for directions, don’t point or narrate - get up and show specially for PWD’s and Seniors!

Lovely stay but staff a little instrusive. Bell boy upset partner on arrival day asking her is she was tired or hungry; that upset her. Plus we were woken up by staff knocking on room door on morning 1 asking if we had any laundry and again on morning 2 asking to check minibar. I was undressed. Room would benefit from a do not disturb sign like most hotels
