The hotel was clean the beds was comfortable and walkable to the mall.This is my 2nd time staying in this hotel.The first time I booked a room with king and was told not available and was offered another room but had to pay more.This time I booked a premiere room with double bed but was told again that there was no premier room available.Instead,I was offered a room with king bed and that they will add additional bed in the room.I insisted I should get what I booked for.He offered an upgrade instead so I agreed. The check in time was 3:00pm At 3:30,I asked the same guy if the room was ready and said will check the status of the room but never came back.I waited another 15 minutes before I went back to the check in counter and the room was still not ready.The room was finally ready at 4pm and was surprised.I was given a premiere room which I asked for. Checked in date 03/12-14/25. I don’t think I will be using this hotel again if you can’t get what you asked for.
