Beautiful property. Very friendly and helpful staff. We mistakenly took the air-conditioning remote from the previous hotel and the B hotel’s front desk was very helpful to mail it back to the other hotel. Hot tub could’ve been a bit warmer but other than that excellent day.

Not much choices with the Breakfast buffet. Needs to improve. Food was not refilled regularly. Even though we were there early 1st hour when the Breakfast buffet was opened. My mom just had 2 small slices of pineapple. Cause those were the only one's left. And it was not refilled.

B Hotel team are excellent i.e. from professionalism, quality of service ,customer care ( sense of urgency) from front desk ( Pearl and Carlos), all the restaurant crews ( breakfast), bell boy as well as the security guards - very attentive and respectful.
