No visitors after 11. No reception to register the visitor at 11pm .Finally No casher to accept paayment for my Visitor. Gave me a hard time. Not even intent on meeting me halfway with my demands

The hotel has incosistent policy on visitors..i used this hotel when i have group work coz i am sharing my place with a roommate who will be bothered. lLast time,, i got a room for 2, and I had to ask a coworker to help. He was allowed in at 10 pm and left at 11pm. But today same arrangement was refused. I asked why and the same guard said it is policy. I said, ler him go up with me and he wll leave in 15 mins. Still, mr. guard said no So i ended up bringing down my laptop and I had.my coworker.tutor me in cafe not.part of the hotel (the hotel's restaurant was closed) I cant believe this happened to me. im a regular
