Room VERY small not even a glass in the bathroom.I complained to reception and was told paper cups were available at reception. I told her I was on the 4th floor and wasn’t going to come down to get paper cups. The receptionist gave us the opinion she couldn’t care less and I have no doubt she will not tell her seniors of the complaints.No more red planet for us.

In regard to your comments on the hotel's room size and limited amenities, we would like to politely inform you that our rooms indeed are smaller and only have limited amenities compared to similar hotels in the area, however we believe that we provide very good value given our central location, hotel security, comfortable five-star beds, and the lowest room rate available in our area. We also appreciate you for sending us your concern on one of my staff and we regret that this was your impression. This causes us deep concern, as this does not in any way reflect the quality of standards we strive for and indeed customarily maintain in the hotel as proven by the many very good reviews we have received from most of our guests. An immediate investigation shall be conducted on this rare and isolated incident and rest assured that we will keep on improving our services for you and for our guests in the future. Great value and location

Great value hotel, great location and excellent staff. Rooms could use a fridge and the tv could have a clearer picture but otherwise would stay here again

Pros: 24 hour service facilities
Cons: Cleaners damaged new clothing left out with a spray cleaner. Hotel would not admit fault or reimburse costs. 100% certain it was their fault.
