Makati Shangri-La Experience in March 25

The hotel decor seems dated, both the rooms and common areas. The bed was also uncomfortable. Surprisingly my wife didn’t seem to be treated with respect, and more often than not the staff referred to me only. Not sure why this was like this, an unusual experience that we have not noticed in any high end hotel that we have stayed in worldwide for the past 8 years. We are holding our 5th wedding anniversary in Shangrila Boracay in Sept, and sincerely hope that we dont witness this again.
