While the hotel itself was conveniently located, Greenbelt, Landmark and Glorietta malls are about 5-10 minute walk away, and there is a 7/11 and pharmacy just across the road, the hotel it self had an average buffet breakfast, no Gym or Pool, the carpet on level three in the hallway was all torn and ripped, and there was no designated smoking area anywhere in or near the hotel (we had to goto the New World Makati hotel across the road, the reception staff were lovely and welcoming, however i would only reccomend this hotel for a few days at most

The location was good, it is about 30 mins from the airport. Place is clean, bed is great for people that does not like soft, sinking bed or memory foam bed or spring bed. It is the reason why we booked twice for this place the firmness of the bed is PERFECT, was amazing after a long hour flight and your back just wanted a proper rest. I just wish that their room service is open atleast until midnight or later for people that are travelling. For early check-in, there is an additional fee to it, especially if it is few hours before the actual check-in time. Overall was a great place to stay!

Too bad, the property could be really good if they will just make upgrades to their facility and amenities. The carpeting in the hallways are stained and old, and towels are thin and threadbare, sometimes with holes. The rooms have lots of storage spaces and drawers, conveninent for longer stays. But more than once, I found the drawers needed dusting before I can store my clothes. Also, the bidet hose holder needs to be cleaned regularly, I found it gross. Sometimes, there is a bad smell coming from the drainage system, you can smell from the lobby, hallway, elevator. The staff are all courteous and polite, and no complaints at all.

Place is very accessible, I like to the malls, walkable, there is seven eleven close by and mercury drug. I also like the massage spa next door and laundry. staff are very nice.
