It's an oasis in the middle of a busy city. Once you step in the lobby you can feel the stressful commute and chaos of Metro Manila. The friendly young man at the door was helpful in giving us directions and obtain rides ( Grab) to where we wanted to go. The ladies at the desk were not only lovely but always had a friendly word. We were there for a total of 4 nights - we had some questions about TV, WiFi, AC control etc. Our calls to the front desk were answered by the 2nd or 3rd ring, our concerns were addressed in a short time. The breakfast buffet selections were excellent - the fruit offerings fresh and delicious. I highly recommend BAYPRIME HOTEL to anyone.

New hotel very modern. The areas around the hotel are very clean and filled with modern buildings.There is nice dinning within walking distance. The hotel had a comfortable bed and the TV had a large screen considerably bigger than the typical hotel TV. The staff was cheerful and nice. Also the swimming pool was a really nice it has shaded areas out of direct sunlight a nice place for an afternoon nap.

Brand new hotel with spacious room and wash room. Great value hotel around Manila bay. The lobby restaurant is good too. One thing to be improved is that the hotel will collect deposit, which will be not allowed to book the expenses of the restaurant into the deposit account.
