I booked this property based on the listing’s description that it was within walking distance to the highlighted areas. Unfortunately, this was misleading. In reality, it takes 30 to 45 minutes to drive due to traffic, and ride services such as Uber or taxis often refused to take the route. This made the location highly inconvenient and far from what was advertised.
The condition of the unit was also disappointing. The couch had a strong body odor smell, and the beddings were not fresh. These issues made the stay uncomfortable.
Although my reservation was from August 6 to 18, I checked out on August 9 due to the poor experience and requested a refund for the days I did not stay. I reached out to both the owner and Expedia, but the owner never responded. As a result, I was not refunded for the unused nights and still had to pay the full amount.
Overall, I felt cheated, as the property did not match the listing in terms of proximity or comfort, and customer support was unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, or an honest representation of location and amenities.
