I am a Gold Member for Hotels.com. I have used the service all over the world. I waited 3 months before writing this review so as to get emotionally detached. Now that we got those base statements out of the way. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING at this hotel/condo. It is the first serviced apartment I encountered that the security guards would not let you out of your car to meet the representative to get keys. The representative would not come out of the building to find your car so as to give you keys. It took us over 3 hours to get into the unit. The unit itself was fantastic but the check in process was TERRIBLE.
