All the guest elevators were out of service, we had to use service elevator which is very inconvenient and slow, waiting time over 20 mins, terrible experience. Do not ask front desk to recommend parking for you, it's far and hard to communicate with the valet parking guy.

This property was really lovely l, even through they only had one elevator working, it was still a great hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. The environment safe for children. Hotel is well kept and very clean. We will definitely stay here again in the future. The website and pictures don’t lie.

-Good room cleaning -elevators didn’t work -no hot water in the shower. Only lukewarm water in the bath tub, but when I switched to shower only cold water came out.

The elevator situation ruined our stay…would not stay at this property again. The fact that the elevators were not working..and guests would have to use the service elevator (only ONE was working) was NOT disclosed when we made our reservation. This situation was inconvenient (guests wandering hallways wondering how to get down from rooms…waiting 20 minutes or more for elevators or having to use stairs), gross (IF/when an elevator did come guests were crammed in like sardines along with dirty dishes, laundry, trash, and poor hotel employees trying to move about property), and unsafe (if there were to be an emergency event there would be complete chaos…I can’t believe this hotel is permitted to operate with almost no elevator service…felt very unsafe). The worst part is that this situation has apparently been ongoing for quite some fine…however guests are/were not notified of the unsafe and inconvenient conditions that would negatively impact their stay upon booking. Will warn others and will not return.
