Did not like the hotel policy with no visitors allowed even if they only want to see the room to have an idea/feel of it for a future stay. Had to make a deposit to use an iron/ironing board and had to pick it up by ourselves at the desk. Staff were friendly but could not go above & beyond as they are limited with the hotels policy.
