Walking distance to Eagle lift. Worst accommodations we ever encountered in 15 years of Mammoth trips. The place was overall dirty, the sheets and pillow cases on both bedrooms were used, had hair on the them and were even smelly. The shower tile grout was covered with black mold in spots, the wall heater grills were covered with dust balls (fire hazard). On the arrival day, the kitchen floor flooded from a cracked garbage disposal. I called Friday night, then again Saturday around noon and Sunday morning. The response was impatient and arrogant and the disposal was never replaced during our stay. The wall heater in one bedroom stopped working Sunday night. Overall, the condo is old, worn out and in dire need of a remodel.
