The Mattress were hard as a rock and made it difficult to sleep. Also the the front desk was not as helpful as they could have been.

Wonderful and hilarious staff, they were always very helpful. The room was a bit of a tight squeeze, there’s no closet and the fridge and microwave looked extremely out of place. The beds were also extremely uncomfortable and lumpy.

I was expecting a much sketchier situation given the price point but was pleasantly surprised. I felt safe, was within walking distance to stores and the staff were helpful. I would have appreciated a mini fridge though. We ended up having to throw food away due to not knowing this after a day of driving.

Good budget spot in mammoth. All the staff were really great, but it is bare bones even for motel 6. Thin ceilings so get and upstairs room if you can

Basic expectations for Motel 6... clean and lowest price in town. Our one gripe is that we called early because we were traveling with 2 young kids and a dog, asking for a 1st floor room. On the call, we got a "Absolutely, no problem, we'll do that for you." When we got there, we got the, "Sorry, we're sold out and we have you on the 2nd floor." Kind of frustrating. The rest of it was fine. Rooms are what was expected and fine for a one night needed layover. Parking here, when full, is a pain and you might be lugging your stuff a long way to get to your room. Mammoth Lakes, of course, is a busy town!
