Room needs vacuuming every day as hair was all over the floor and in the bathroom. Had to call reception 3 times as air con was not programmed to heat.

Great location snd a quality hotel

A great budget-friendly hotel with super helpful front desk staff, everything you could need in a central spot in the city. All my requests with staff were quickly and easily sorted and I felt very looked after my whole stay.

The hotel is over priced for what you get and the service was often tardy The rooms are clean but noisy and had to ask for more than two towels Some facilities were closed or had private functions so couldn’t use Breakfast good but everything expensive The area is good for food but a long way from the harbour. The lift rooms are very small in the bedroom area
