I stayed for two nights (on separate trips) for overnight layovers. It is minutes from the airport. The hotel's airport shuttle is a significant plus, but it operates on a limited schedule; be sure to reserve it upon arrival. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The front desk staff were very helpful. The morning buffet offered a nice selection, including hot options. The evening restaurant menu was limited. The restaurant staff were efficient and pleasant. I would stay there again.

Convenient hotel near Madrid airport. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location is ideal for early flights or quick airport access. Room showed good bit of wear and tear. Scuff marks and shabby pain in few places. Two complimentary toothbrushes in paper packets provided - but one was open and empty - which suggests the toilet amenities were not changed from the previous guest. Also some loose dirt and hair on bed sheets. The smart tv isn’t smart. The pool is a nice facility to have, the staff were friendly and the shuttle to the airport was great.
