Wow, this hotel is A+++! We loved everything about it. Our room was so cool, on the 4th floor overlooking the Plaza Mayor. The lighting throughout the hotel and in our room is awesome and romantic! The restaurant decor is fabulous and the staff were all top notch. We would have loved to use the beautiful spa but ran out of time. I might return to Madrid just to stay here again! Loved it so much. Thank you all!

Absolutely fantastic stay. Team is very welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast has good options for everyone, make to order service is quick. Even though the location of the hotel is in the busy touristy area, inside the building is very peaceful and quiet. Easy walk to all main attractions, restaurants, coffee shops and shopping.
