our favorite rental yet.....

We have been doing month long rentals in different cities in Europe. We have had great month long stays in four great cities. We've enjoyed all of the rentals but this property exceeded all of them. The location is perfect. The house is large and well layed out for multiple couples to have privacy and enjoy being together when wanted. The host was really responsive to us and we chose to hire their housekeeper to clean weekly and Gaby was wonderful! Highly recommend hiring her if you stay more than a week. We can't speak highly enough of this stay.

Great place!

This was a wonderful apartment, everything you need, automated everything, great cookware, excellent location. The main bedroom mattresses and pillows could be better but nothing terrible. The a/c is fully automated so it took some time to adjust but they came and promptly helped with this. However, I was very upset about the fact that we couldn’t use the terrace due to a problem with the floor, and they were fixing it so there was construction noise and people right outside the kitchen. This was very uncomfortable and I don’t believe i was remunerated enough for this inconvenience (one night discounted), which is what I was informed about a couple of days before arrival but it was too late to find another apartment. The noise started before the time they said it would and lasted for more days than they said it would. Construction men were around the building and using the elevator for cement bags since 8am. I understand this construction was (I hope and believe) a one time thing caused by a natural situation (rain). This was not the owners fault. Yet, they way we had to put up with it was indeed unfair. The terrace, as I had mentioned to them when they reached out, had beed they main reason for renting. The property is beautiful. But I felt belittled about how they didn’t fulfilled their part of their agreement about the construction yet didn’t further compensate for it.
