Staff were amazing, very nice rooms, clean, walking distance to most attractions, located in a nice quite area by the board walk. Only complaint, the beds are rock hard its like sleep on wood.

A well situated hotel on the river

We enjoyed our stay overall but were very disappointed with the service in both the bar and the restaurant which was slow and unfriendly. Also,the lack of tea and coffee making facilities in our room was a lack. Carrying paper cups of boiling water upstairs was not ideal.

Clean quiet and comfortable property. Had a desk and a safe which are an added convenience. Also having the fridge was convenient. Plenty of room in the bathroom for a shower. I would stay here again

Large bed, decent sized room, fridge, no tea/coffee making facility in room, no iron in room. Would be useful to have extra pillows or blankets in case needed. Overall very clean. Good breakfast selection. A taxi ride to city centre, taxis outside.

Fantastic stay at this hotel in Madrid. Close to the center, either walking or with bus (or Uber/Bolt). Easy access to the underground parking (very secure, lots of space). Very pet friendly! Our dog received a nice soft bed, some treats and two bowls. Comfortable room with a big bed and a nice bathroom (with bathtub). Very friendly staff (thank you Sara)! Highly recommended!

Muy buen servicio del main desk, la ubicación está un poco lejos del centro pero tienen un servicio muy bueno de taxis además que el camión pasa en la esquina, el desayuno es bueno pero falta variedad y lo único que la limpieza del cuarto bastante mala, no cambian las sábanas ni limpian bien los baños además de dejarnos las mismas toallas mojadas a pesar de dejarlas en la tina para que las cambiaran creo deberían hacer revisión de limpieza de los cuartos más seguido por lo demás el servicio de los de la entrada muy atentos y serviciales. Gracias
