Property was clean and modern. No, or hardly any access to public transportation. Hotel's shuttle was fast and efficient. Hotel has good dinning options. Some staff not very cooperative when asked questions- nothing major though. Hotel is very modern and clean. There are dining options if one walks ten minutes from the hotel. Buffet breakfast is quite extensive and it's fairly priced, - 12 Euros.

We got a handicap room. The shower overflowed the entire floor. Something was wrong with the drainage. The shuttle bus is small. It gets full right away. We ended up taking a taxi to the airport.

Hotel just opened so everything was fresh and new. Very friendly staff. Airport shuttle was prompt and convenient. Room was excellent and the pool opened on my return trip. Stayed two nights, before and after walking the camino de Santiago.

Lovely, excellent service

I chose this place because it was close to the airport, had breakfast and a free shuttle. I got so much more! The style was whimsical, the staf was friendly and helpful, the food was delicious - I enjoyed dinner in the restaurant and breakfast was next level. My room was comfy and cute, and the patio was so spacious I wish I had someone to share it with! Next time I’m in Madrid, I’m staying here again!

Apart from the clean and comfortable room you stay in. The hotel itself is in the middle of nowhere, and they don't even serve food all day. You have breakfast till 11am (average) and then nothing until dinner at 7pm. Which was very poor. They don't even have Ketchup or mayonnaise in the building! The staff are there to do their minimum job of running the place and that's all. No warm or welcoming feeling in this hotel unfortunately.
This is All the hot food that is available at breakfast. Then the last 2 days they replaced tomatoes with broccoli.. for breakfast!?
