The hotel is very centrally located on Gran Via. The room had a balcony and a spectacular view. The staff was very friendly. The check-in and check-out process was very easy.

As I wrote to hotel management, my room layout is innapropriate. If you are washing hands, your body block access to toilet and shower. When compared to Regina or other hotels in the area, this hotel is overpriced.
