The property was ideally situated right next to Sol metro. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable and sufficient space. The breakfast provided a brilliant start to the day with a great variety to choose from. I would definitely stay here again.

Let me start by saying that the staff are welcoming and very helpful, however the rooms are very small, you can not walk around the bed. My husband use the sink to wash his hands and water came out of the drain on the bathroom floor with a very unpleasant smell. We stood that night in that hotel because it was already too late (10pm) to look for another hotel. Next morning we checkout and transferred to another hotel. The staff was very helpful.

This is the best location in Madrid. Everything is close and the hotel is clean, efficient and the staff is excellent. There is always someone at the desk and they’re all very friendly. The price is reasonable, and the breakfast is excellent as well.
