In the heart of Madrid
This apartment was perfect for our 4 day stay in Madrid. Located near many restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, etc and right across from the Anton Martin Metro stop - super convenient! Very safe area right in the heart of Madrid. Our only complaint was that one side of the master bedroom bed was not flat so I slept on the much more comfortable pullout bed in the living room. Would definitely come back again!

Une annonce non conforme à sa description
Je réserve depuis 15 ans sur abritel, et généralement, nous n'avons jamais eu à nous plaindre de nos locations, bien au contraire. Le logement n'est pas du tout conforme à la description, et je peux le prouver grâce aux nombreuses photos que nous avons prises :
- La superficie ne dépasse pas 30m2. Je l'ai signalé à l'agence pendant le séjour, qui a nié et est restée campée sur ses postions.
- Il ne s'agit pas d'un appartement avec 2 chambres mais d'un studio : une grande armoire permet de donner l'illusion qu'il y a une première chambre. La 2ème chambre est en fait un placard (environ 5m2) qui a été reconverti en chambre : du coup, comme nous débarquions avec 2 adolescents, nous avons transformé l'espace salon en une 2ème chambre.
- Nous n'avons eu à faire qu'à un jeune homme le premier jour. Donc, pas de Javier prêt à nous dépanner en cas de problème. Nous sommes ensuite rentrés en contact suite à tous ces désagréments par mail avec l'agence (jamais auparavant, nous n'avons eu à faire cela !) : le première matin (nous sommes arrivés tard le soir), nous avons été réveillés par des cris incessants et nous nous sommes aperçus en ouvrant les rideaux que notre chambre était à 2 ou 3 mètres d'un appartement où vivait une famille espagnole en train de se disputer. J'ai contacté l'agence, un peu paniquée (là, cela virait un peu au cauchemar), et ensuite, cette famille n'a plus fait aucun bruit. Il n'empêche : nous avons été obligés de laisser les rideaux fermés pendant tout le séjour, pour préserver un minimum d'intimité.
- En revanche, l'appartement est très bien situé, en plein centre : c'est le seul point exact dans la description.
- J'ai essayé de négocier une compensation, compte tenu du montant du loyer : on m'a opposé une fin de non recevoir.
- Sinon, l'appartement est en location sur d'autres sites, et les anciens locataires ont également dénoncé ce que je viens de faire : la superficie qui n'est que de 30m2, le fait qu'il s'agisse d'un studio, etc. Malheureusement, je ne l'ai vu qu'après avoir déjà réservé cet appartement. Nous serons beaucoup plus vigilants la prochaine fois !
