The room was absolutely unacceptable. There was a hole in the wall, the shower had no curtain, the toilet seat was broken, there was no TV, and on top of that, the second floor had multiple dogs that were barking until 1a. That is so frickin unacceptable. Due to everything that was terrible, I will probably never come back to that location again. I used to stay in nothing but Motel 6's, but for some reason, you have allowed your facilities to become run down and very trashy. You're standard of care to your rooms have taken a turn for the worse. Please, don't leave the light on for me anymore.

Ohh, absolutely, the room was very clean. It's just a great place to bring kids and grandma, you know, and they don't mind that kids get loud. You know, they run up and down the aisles make all kinds of roaring noises and banging. Hi, I'm sure you'll enjoy your visit. Besides, the prices are so reasonable and affordable. You almost feel like giving some of the money back.I'm just kidding

Always a very nice day supporting staff. Plenty of vending machines, cole chips et cetera. Fast and easy through the checkin and also check out. Highly I highly recommended for families with nosy. Loud kids.

Cockroaches inside. Security latch broken. Active police situation on arrival. Insisted I was double-booked, but the booking agent said I wasn't--had to spend ~4 hours arguing with their support line repeatedly. Their support made no progress and instead insisted I talk to Expedia--who insisted I talk to Motel 6. Some support agents didn’t even know what they could or could not do. I will mevernuse Motel 6 again. I expect a refund for my stay.

Whole the motel as a whole smelled like cigarette smoke and marijuana. Was given a room with no TV, dead roaches in front of the toilet, live roaches in the bathtub. No towels were in the room and when I called to have some brought, no one ever showed up with them. The bed felt like you were sleeping on a yoga mat. Not in a safe area in East Madison. Basically it's not a motel anymore. It has been turned into a low income housing project. The gentleman at the front desk was rude and had no interest in helping me with these issues but seem to have interest in a girl that was keeping him company. When I went down to the service desk to ask for towels, I was met with "what do you need now???!!" And there is no complimentary continental breakfast or coffee served. Overall experience minus 100.
