Staff was great. The hotel itself needs some updating. My bedroom door would not stay open on its own. The only light in the whole bathroom was the light up mirror, the shower had no lighting and was dark! Both air/heat units in my room were very noisy as well.

Overall a nice property and a good value. We would stay again. That said, one of the mattresses in our room was very noisy / squeaky when you layed down on it. Bathroom tub surround needs to be redone.

All good but eggs were kind of watery. Cheese and toppings would have been nice. Also should be 6am everyday. We missed breakfast having to leave before 7am on Sunday for our event.

I was shocked by the condition of my room. The space was filthy, with visible dirt stains throughout. The comforter had brown stains, the furniture had red blotches that looked like blood, and the bathroom tub was covered in grime and dirt buildup. It was obvious the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. On top of that, they didn’t even have the courtesy to address any of the issues or offer a solution. They simply told me I could either leave or accept it. When I spoke to the receptionist, he assured me that I would receive a refund because of the unsanitary conditions. However, I was later denied the refund, as they claimed I had “checked out” voluntarily, even though I left only because the room was uninhabitable. Truly one of the most disappointing and dishonest hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

I didn't get to experience anything other than check in because even though I had paid in advance, they added on more for incedendentals. Which I didn't have enough on my credit card for. I had plenty of cash to cover what they were asking for but they wouldn't take it! So I had no where to stay last night!!!

This place is beyond horrible. The room was filthy from the moment I walked in floors dirty, walls smeared, sloppy paint job, and parts of the ceiling literally falling down. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks stains on the toilet, tub not scrubbed, and an overall foul smell that made me sick. I asked the front desk for a different room, thinking maybe it was just bad luck. They showed me another one same nasty mess. Dirty, rundown, and completely unacceptable. Instead of fixing the problem, I was told to just “go to a different hotel.” That’s their solution! This place should be shut down until it’s cleaned and renovated properly. The management clearly doesn’t care about guests, cleanliness, or basic hospitality. I wouldn’t recommend this dump to anyone not even for one night. Avoid this hotel at all costs. You’ll regret every minute you spend here.
