Overall, great place with great amenities! The breakfast was FANTASTIC! So many options. The only complaint is that the room was warm so we ended up turning on the air conditioner in the middle of the winter. The beds could be more comfortable. We will absolutely stay again!

This is the worst holiday and express that I ever stayed in and I stay in a lot of Holiday inn Express. In fact I had just stayed in Holiday inn Express and Joliet Illinois and it was excellent. This hotel in Madison was horrible The staff with terrible. The room was a disaster I had to ask for sheets to cover up the sofa and the chair they need to be thrown out in the dump. I couldn't believe this hotel it's unbelievable. The light didn't work in the shower The toilet leak who's in charge there. Nobody probably.

breakfast food was okay decent selection and the room was great beds were comfy. Daughter ended up with an ear infection from the pool and no one was supervising their kids. They were messing with the handicap seats and climbing up water slides!
