Everything was smooth- from checkin to check out. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Place was quiet even though I know it was full with sport fans and a youth soccer tournament. I would definitely stay here again next time we’re in town.

We got a King bed with jetted tub. It was at the end of a hall so it was extremely quiet. The windows had black out shades so the room stayed dark so we could sleep in. Overall a great place to stay.

Good breakfast, friendly staff and a great location! We were able to go out and enjoy our day, and we were only a few minutes from the hotel when it was time to relax!

I had a flight het cancelled and needed a hotel. There are many many options around the Madison Airport. My criteria was a free shuttle to the airport, a gym to work out in in the morning and the ability to check out late due to my later flight departure time. I got to the hotel and checked in. I asked about the free shuttle to the airport for the next day and was told it needed to reserved 24 hours in advance, aka, not available to me. Nowhere was this mentioned on the website when I chose this hotel. So I got up in the morning to ar least work out. The gym was dirty, MANY of the weights were missing, it was carpeted??, and was then told that the gym was under maintenance amd not available. Sorry for the inconvenience, this is the second time I've now heard this. Then I called down to the front desk to ask if I could check out 45 minutes later than the posted 1200 checkout time and they said no. So, I checked out at the normal time, with 2 hours to kill before my Uber was picking me up to take me to the airport. Because I checked out, I son discovered I could no longer access to the Wi-Fi, and couldn't even get some work done. I realize these are first world problems, but I was exhausted and had three criteria for my hotel crash pad. None of which worked out at this hotel. I'm starting to think Holiday Inn had their heyday in the 80s and most likely will not be staying here again, especially when there were so many other options to choose from. Noti impressed.

The queen suite was great for myself and the 4 teenagers to veg out and have game/pizza night after the pool. The pool was great! The kids had a great time! There were a lot of food options in the area. Highly recommend Icki Sticki down the street and Escapology escape rooms close by!
