Amazing Customer service in Madison, WI

I was absolutely blown away by the quality of service I received at the Doubletree in Madison. I had not spent a lot of time in Madison in over 20 years and the staff was very focused on customer service. It was like staying in a 5 star hotel in a much larger city.

A wonderful experience. Parking is convenient and reasonable for a downtown location. The property is close to the Kohl Center, which is a three-minute walk away. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the shower amazing.
