We stayed here because its basically right across the street from the VA. The staff were very friendly. We had a Standard room with 1 King bed and it was a small room. The bed was very hard, even for my wife who likes hard beds. Any time we or an adjacent room flushed the toilet, it sounded like the flushing of an airline toilet (very loud!). The continental breakfast was disappointing; your typical powdered eggs and stale bakery items. There are a ton of places around the area to eat, but it's a very busy area especially with all the college students. Parking gets packed really quick and it can be very hard to find a spot, especially later in the evening when most occupants are back at the hotel.

Staff was very courteous. Room (king suite) was larger than expected. Breakfast was fine; coffee quality especially good. Room was not in great shape: one of the recliners was broken, the heater in the bedroom was broken (heater in living room worked fine), coffee creamer really stale (congealed in the cup). A bit annoyed because we paid so much for the room (parents weekend).
