We were given a handicapped room right next to the elevator. We checked in late so asked for another room the next day. We were told that they couldn’t move us or upgrade us because we booked with Expedia. I don’t really understand this but they said this is a policy of all of their third party bookings.

Staff was great, but I felt that the rooms were not the most comfortable. Maybe it was because we were in an accessible room, but the rug was thin and uncomfortable to walk on. The walls were thin and we could hear people walking above us as well as road noise outside and someone in another room yelling into a phone. I would not book again unless it was for a deep discount.

They seemed understaffed at the front desk, I had to wait every single time I went up there. One of my key cards did not work and I had to walk back and forth several times and wait while the desk was helping others. When I arrived no one was at the desk, even after calling out for “help” it still took 5 mins for someone to come from the back. The woman doing the breakfast in the morning was helpful and friendly though.
