Could have been better

We have stayed here several times when we come to Macon and this time it wasn’t pleasant. The bathroom was not clean I bring Lysol wipes so I reclean it. There is dark mold spots on the tub, the walls had dust on them. The refrigerator wasn’t work and when didn’t realize it until it was late my fiancé have to refrigerate his meds. The check in process and the Bistro was very pleasant it’s just the room cleanliness.

This isnt a bad hotel but this isn't the Courtyard experience I'm used to. The lobby is "Courtyard" but the rooms are more Residence Inn. It's nice for Macon but they probably shouldn't try to advertise it as a Courtyard.

The room was impressive except for the stain on the foot rest at the sofa. But I reported that to the front desk, and they said it would be taken care of. The front desk was also very supportive in recommendations for dinner, and we found a fabulous place for dinner at the Back Burner. However, we were a little disappointed at the the amenties

COURTYARD MACON

I had a fantastic stay at the Marriott Courtyard Macon and will definitely be staying here again! From check-in, the front desk staff was friendly and efficient, and I appreciated that they added my points to my Marriott Bonvoy account without me needing to ask. The hotel also had a Starbucks coffee bar, and the barista there was wonderful. She was super helpful and made my morning coffee just right—definitely a nice touch to start the day. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It provided a relaxing and safe environment, and the location was very convenient for getting around the area. Overall, I had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend the Marriott Courtyard Macon for its excellent service, comfortable rooms, and great amenities!
