My room was great with great view to ocen and also pool and with preferred club room i enjoyed the most of my stay so i did book my stay again and because the staff and hotel was really great i extended my stay and i will 100% will back again the lady on reception was very welcoming as well with great customer service than she could do for any VIP or customer. I think she was called Valentino i think with short hair.

The staff cannot do enough for you, they’re very attentive and helpful. Absolutely lovely. Rooms are spotless and spacious, though starting to be a little dated. Pools are really nice and the loungers are padded and comfy. The onsite restaurants are okay, though I’d recommend going outside to eat, especially if you’re vegetarian

The rooms are excellent spacious and comfortable. The staff friendly and helpful. The food at breakfast excellent choice and service good. However we were on b and b and the two meals we had in the buffet on arrival and the fish restaurant very poor for a good hotel, not value for money.

Customer service was outstanding throughout our entire holiday! The spa was absolutely amazing — highly recommended. The staff were all lovely and provided top-notch service from start to finish. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bar offered a variety of drinks and the cocktails were amazing.
