This was a super convenient location from the airport. It is a bit older hotel, but well maintained. Staff are very friendly and helpful. A full breakfast included is a great service. It is also very close to many dining and nightlife locations, by Uber and not by foot. We would definitely stay here again.

Location is what we needed. Front desk staff pleasant. Plenty of parking. Breakfast ok. Although room was "clean" and bed comfy, there was a chair that smelled like someone peed on it, carpet was filthy, ie : stained. Hotel served the purpose. Could definitely use a make over or a commercial cleaning!

We chose this hotel due to it’s closeness to JFK and where we needed to be. They offered free shuttle service to and from JFKAirport. Upon arrival at JFK Terminal 5 we followed the instructions to the pickup spot and then called them. They REFUSED TO PICK US UP there! We were told to go to where it says to go on Terminal 8! I called a couple of time And Jet Blue spoke to them because my wife can not walk long distances. They completely refused to come to Terminal 5 even though we were giving instructions for pick up there! Thank God that Jet Blue was so kind to get my wife pushed to a terminal with an air train and got us to Terminal 8 and then to the spot for pickup. We were then pickup and the driver said he had to pickup some one at Terminal 4! One of those passengers was confused as she was at Terminal 8 (where we just got picked up) and told to go to terminal 4. She was then mad cause she had come from Terminal 8! What should have been a 20-30 minute trip took over two hours! The hotel services were about par or a little lower, the Traffic was very noisy all night long. Breakfast was very limited!

The property is very clean. The location was great for my purpose in NY. There is limited dining around and when I asked the staff they just told me to do uber eats which was disappointing. I never got hot water to my room. Every shower I took was cold. The cleaning service takes place every other day. They never came. I had over flowing trash, dirty towels and no coffee replacement.

Great Place to Stay in Rockville Centre

We used Rockville Centre Hotel as our base of operations while visiting family and friends all over Long Island. Our room was very comfortable, and our bathroom was sparkling clean. We used the pay laundry facility to wash our clothes. Breakfast was typical hotel hot buffet. We availed ourselves of their free shuttle service to the Long Island Railroad station in Rockville Centre and didn't have to walk or use Uber. We'll definitely stay here again!

The property is definitely dated; stayed there many times over the years (when it was a Holiday Inn Express); this time, the room was in need of updating, the drains stuck, some electrical outlets didn't and the TV screen was the size of a desktop monitor
