When we arrived, the room temperature was around 40 degrees. The remote for the TV had no batteries. The exterior door near our room was unlocked for anyone to just walk in without a room key.

Our stay was ok for one night. Beds were ok. Tv didnt work. Wifi wouldnt connect. All outlets were loose, plugs would not stay in. Breakfast was more of dry cereal an toast. Juice machine did not work. Heater in room didnt work very well

The hotel hasn't yet completed renovations, but my stay was very nice. The lady at the reception desk was warm and welcoming, my room was nice and clean, and there was no active work happening on the renovation while I was there. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

There was no coffee pot in room and none available in the lobby. No “grab bars” in bathroom. Hallway had trash in it. Outside door was unlocked. Didn’t have to use key to get in. Tv wouldn’t work and no help until after we departed.

Service staff were very accommodating Rooms were clean organized. Property felt safe. Only needed room for one day. Upon arrival my situation changed and had to leave area. Was not able to cancel the remainder of my stay(2 days) through Expedia.
