The manager of this Hotel cancelled our reservation over 3 weeks prior to our arrival even though we booked it 5 months in advance. The manager also took no owness of doing so; but we received an audit trail of our reservation from the front desk which contradicts this. Every hotel in the area, as well as Airbnbs, were 100% booked up with no vacancies. We had flown in with our children and had absolutely no where to stay. Will be filing a claim with Hilton. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Was very clean, good breakfast, friendly staff. However the handicapped room had power room darker that did not work. I don’t know why they putting those things in. I came in from a late night volleyball game and had to sleep with the light from the front parking lot shining in my room

Property was is outdated and needs a makeover. Room smelt like smoke and shower handle broken. At check in there was a sign saying they would be right back that they were assisting a guest on property. I pushed the button and the receptionist came from smoking a cigarette outside and not actually assisting a guest. Over paid for a room and facility that needs updated.

Had issues with checkin - had to use an additional card with an equivalent payment hold which I already made, did not receive the 2 Queen beds I reserved; the shower was not cleaned and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months - you could see the dirt; soap dispenser empty not changed or replaced; key cards didn’t work. Will never stay here again.
