A luxury rainforest hideaway in the middle of the Hunter Valley, The Villa at Leaves and Fishes has been designed to allow you to switch off and unwind in nature!

The Villa is the Hunter Valleys newest and most distinct, luxury apartment offering. Located in Lovedale, less than 2 hours north of Sydney and forty minutes drive from Newcastle Airport.

The Villa continues the Leaves and Fishes aim of providing a unique alternative in the Hunter.

The space

The Villa nestles gently into the lily pond and is surrounded by a tropical rainforest. The Villa is a relaxed, secluded, indulgent retreat from day-to-day life and perfect for couples enjoying a weekend away in wine country.



Featuring a large king bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and indoor and outdoor spacious living areas. With quality linens and furnishings throughout The Villa provides a comfortable and luxurious stay. The large covered deck overlooking the pond provides the perfect place to relax or entertain into the night.



Air conditioning throughout ensures a comfortable stay all year round. All the essentials you will need for your stay including a large laundry, undercover guest parking are provided.
