The woman that checked us in was very welcoming, polite and helpful. The hotel was very clean all around. The check in was smooth and the bartenders were great when we got a night cap. Everything we needed was in the room. The coffee pot was appreciated. The view of the river from our room was spectacular. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was wonderful!! The staff is overly friendly with their display of hospitality. Francine is an amazing person who seems to love people and her job! The room was very nice, clean & cozy. Not to mention the comfortable "good sleeping" bed. I will definitely stay here over and over again. Oh yeah, we had an AMAZING view of the city and the Ohio River...

Twice the mattress was moved leaving a metal bar sticking out. The bed skirt was over the bar so it was not visible. I now have a hematoma (per my Dr) from where I bumped this metal bar. It will take weeks to heal. I showed pictures to the front desk. Broken lamp wasn’t replaced as requested either. It had the only handy plug for our electronics. One plug isn’t enough- but to not even have that was very inconvenient. Al

Service for breakfast was absolutely awful. We sat for 15 mins before we got our drinks. Another 15 to get her to take our food order. Another 15 mins to get a water refill, multiple requests for a straw we never got and finally ended up walking out and never got our food. Very disappointed

Very clean room. However the landline hotel room phones did not work so you couldn’t call the front desk. Also there was no microwave. Overall very nice hotel and staff.
