Nice Hotel

We love the Galt House! It is beautiful and fun! The rooms are big and clean! Location is great! Love having a soda machine and ice on each floor!

Our Galt House stay was wonderful! We had a room on the 18th floor overlooking the river and we enjoyed seeing the barges cross the river and also the train in the distance. It was awesome! The room was quiet and clean and convenient to the Mohammed Ali museum, coffee shop, etc.

Good overall

As a whole nice hotel and amenities.. staff was accomodating.. just a couple small things.. tried to order room service and noin room menu.. called front desk and said there should be a QR code for menu.. could not find one so had to go to front desk to get a card. When using the valet you are to text a number to have them get your car so it is ready when you come down... did this twice but they did not receive the text either time.. Valet personel was friendly though.. just a system issue. Also no writing pens and note paper in the room.

Room was clean. Air conditioner did not cool the room. Our room was by the stairs so it was noisy all night. Parking was $15 a day. We weren’t told about any amenities or where anything was located in the hotel. It does have a great location.
