Always a fantastic stay

Took our granddaughter to stay the night of a concert. Have stayed at the Galt house many times and will continue to do so even in the area. Staff is always amazingly friendly and efficient. Rooms are always exceptionally clean. Pillows leave a little to be desired, but I travel with my own so this is not a biggie for me.

The garage is a mess. It wouldnā€™t let us up the stairs we couldnā€™t get on the elevator so we had to walk then we couldnā€™t find a car. I would next time park outside.

The AC didnā€™t work on my room the whole time, I reported on the desk on at the check out and they said Expedia is the only one that can refund some money because I booked it on this app not directly with the hotel, we sweat all night and wasnā€™t a pleasant sleep

Excellent stay

The Galt House is a great place to stay, the rooms are clean and the staff is very nice and helpful with any concerns. I've been to Louisville 5 times for this particular work expo and this was the 3rd year in a row I've stayed at the Galt House. I will be back again.
