The property was in a convenient location but the place needs a makeover and the staff at the shops need replacing. They were rude, grumpy and couldn’t care less.
The tipping system was supposed to drive better service and I can tell you it is mostly not happening. Very disappointed in the food quality, taste and service and it was not only at this property.

The staff was so friendly, and they worked incredibly hard. It's a great property for families with plenty to do for kids and teens. Everything was always clean and well taken care of. The only downside is that it is an hour or more from other attractions.

Depending on which bar, the service varied. I once stood waiting 20 minutes for service with very few guests present and watched three barmen sing and dance, but I was never offered service. Even though I am 6'4", I must have been invisible. The quality of the drinks was not excellent, only acceptable. ...
