The property is just terrible. Rooms are smelly and things are falling apart as soon as we checked in. Bathroom has so many rusty corners that are very unsafe, toilet has wobbly seats, faucets are leaky but barely has any water pressure. Soap container in the washroom and the tissue dispenser smells like it hasn't been used in years because it stank so bad. The back door screen is ripped and cannot be closed, considering this is a main floor room that was very unsafe as the main floor property can be accessed by the public without a reservation. Front desk staff cannot communicate/cannot speak English at all therefore they did not want deal with our concerns when it was brought up to their attention. We checked out as soon as we can from this hotel. Would not recommend to anyone.'

The staff was amazing. They were very helpful. Spoke some English, but were very helpful in communicating in translation. What they didn’t know. The one problem that I had was the noise. My particular room was by the stairs and it was extremely noisy as well. Just off the street at ground level.

This is an older property with small basic rooms that are clean but sparsely furnished. It is located on the main street of cabo with lots of traffic and round the clock noise. But it is conveniently located to walk to the beach and several close local restaurants for breakfast and other meals. About 25 minute walk to marina and excursions.

Great location but one needs to shoes in shower
The property is close to everything but the moldy smell in the room, non stop dripping of water and dingy towels that should have been long retired to status of rags (but still stinks of chlorine) could not make me stay another day 😬.

This hotel is on the main road within walking distance of lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Minutes from some of the beaches. They have lots of parking spots if you have a car, but you have to hand in the car key at the reception so that they can move your car if required.
