Amazing hotel with all inclusive option. Service was excellent, food was great, staff were friendly. Giovanny went above and beyond to make sure our check in and overall stay was excellent. Will recommend the hotel to families.

I like the hotel with everything we was happy me and my family. We enjoy for day there only I buy sunscreen from the market $24 and when I make check out, they charge me $42. I don’t know why when I ask the front desk she say market tax. but the rest all was beautiful.

The golf cart rides were kind of slow to pick us up during the week but were fast on the weekend. Other than that many food options available. Bed comfort is decent. Overall I will give the resort five stars and will stay there again for sure

El lugar es hermosos pero cuando llegamos fueron súper racistas con nosotros, a todos los americanos que eran de tés de piel clara los trataban súper bien y a nosotros nos trataron súper mal. El check-in es a las 4:00 pm y mi habitación me la entregaron hasta las 6:30 pm; después de que nos entregaron la habitación quisimos ir a comer a uno de los restaurantes pero resulta que no pudimos comer nada ya que el personal de recepción no activó nuestras tarjetas, también me querían prohibir el ir a ciertos restaurantes a pesar de que pague “ all inclusive ” de igual manera nos querían prohibir otros servicios a pesar de que si estaban incluidos en nuestro paquete, al final de un muy mal sabor de boca una persona de recepción nos activó nuestras tarjetas y nos comentó que en realidad si podíamos ir a todos los restaurantes y claramente todo lo que nos había dicho el otro personal era incorrecto. En conclusión el lugar es hermosos pero deberían de tener alguna capacitación para su personal en el cual deberían de enfocarse en que deben de tratar a todas las personas por igual, no importa de dónde vengan o qué idioma hablen, al fin de cuenta todos pagamos por un servicio y supongo que muchas personas vamos para descansar de los problemas no para tener más.

I’ve been to Pueblo Bonito Sunset several times. This last trip was different than others. The resort is under staffed. The building needs to be kept up. They first placed us in building 21. The building was falling apart. The ceiling was leaking and the rooms were floading. We complained and they moved us to a different building. It was better but one of the showers didn’t have warm water. The pools didn’t have enough clean towels and we had to wait hours for clean towels. The cups in pool area were chipped. I over heard others talking about the bad conditions in the rooms. I don’t think I will be staying here again.

Definitely a lot bigger than I expected. The property is absolutely gorgeous and covers lots of land. They have golf carts that run through the entire property and serve as transportation for all guests. It wasn’t always convenient waiting for the golf carts but by the end of our stay we realized that we actually really enjoyed everything about the hotel. I would suggest a face lift because the resort is a little dated.

The property has gone down! The hallways and main areas were dirty! We had to switch rooms Due to mold in shower and mildew smell. The property needs an update… elevators looked horrible. We were in buildings 20 And then 24.

The property is not walkable friendly. Requesting a cart for pickup was stressful at times with dinner reservations. We ended spending more time at the pool closest to our villa to avoid having to request a cart for transportation back and forth to our room. The maid service for our room was not consistent. Room service for food was good and for the most part, timely. The restaurants at Sunset, Monte Christo and The Rose were amazing.

The property requires maintenance. There was water leakage in the room from the roof, resulting in dampness around the floor. Additionally, the property was not clean.

Saw dead cockroaches around the skiy pool area and small dead ones inside our room but not a lot. Went here during busy time so its crowded.
