This is a small hotel so if you are looking for a big resort experience - pool and beach activities, restaurant choices, entertainment - you won’t find it here. What you do get is quiet, very clean hotel with every room with an ocean view and a 2 min walk from the sand. No getting up at 6am to secure your pool lounger or beach palapa. No lengthy check in lines or lines at bar to get drinks. The beach is stunning but note it isn’t safe for swimming. Bfast buffet is good with tons of choices, beach side taco bar has what you need yo eat at beach or pool, service on beach is fantastic. Dinner buffet isn’t great but we could usually find something to eat. We preferred going out for dinner at a number of the restaurants a $5 uber away. Not much happening at night, mariachi band or karaoke usually. This is an early to bed resort so not for you if you’re looking for a party. If so staying in San Lucas makes more sense for you. Pros - Friendly staff, very clean, location amazing and every room with a balcony or patio. Cons - aging hotel with no upgrades (but a/c worked well in room), only small buffet, no restaurants, very small pool. Construction in area around the hotel.

The staff at Posada Real are amazing! The rooms are spotlessly clean and the property is right on the beach. Highly recommend this for anyone who wants a comfortable, relaxed vacation.

They put us in a room where there are re-doing some rooms, noisy and could smell chemicals. They didn’t clean our room, even after asking about it. Breakfast was mediocre at best! Would not recommend it stay here again!

Unbelievable that Expedia even advertises such a gross place. Not at all what “all inclusive” means… more of a teenage survivalist boot camp kind of feel. We stayed for one night, only because we had to, and then got exploited for way too much money somewhere else. But there was no way we could stay there for a week and not get sick on their food or disgusted by the housekeeping.

This is a nicely run, basic resort. Not fancy, but for the price it will meet basic needs. Cocktail options are limited as is the beer, but it is all served by friendly staff. The meals I had while here were good. But if you’re looking for excellent meals, heading off the property you’ll find plenty of options nearby. I mainly stayed for the reasonable price for lodging and did not expect all inclusive, so everything else was a bonus.

We stayed during the low season. Its peaceful, quiet, no crowd, everything we were looking for....except the strong clorox smell. When we got in the room after check in we had to air it out. When we got back from lunch, we still had to air out the room. When we got back from a morning tour, housekeeping did a great job, except for the stron clorox smell. That was enough, two (2) days of a strong clorox smell so we checked out early and went to another hotel.
