A wonderful place to go and relax. Everyone - guests and employees were so friendly. We also enjoyed the bustling town that was a short 5 minute drive away, but we were happy knowing that we could come back to our quiet piece of paradise. A fantastic vacation!

This is a BEST WESTERN!!! No where does it state that information. The rooms smell like POOP, hair was on the bed, no elevator, pool VERY SMALL. Staff had an issue that we were unsatisfied with our stay and we received only one night refund. We left the same day we arrived at the hotel. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!

The ad for this hotel was accurate- small and dated so they weren’t trying to sell what they did not have. The rooms and amenities are dated. The wifi is terrible and there were hardly any outlets to plud devices such as cellphone. The TV was old as well as the airconditioner. The bed were spring and sheets were thin. However the all inclusive deal was very practical. The food was warm and with variety. Snack bar had good options for children. The hotel is located in San Jose so very good distance from downtown (art walk and other nice restaurants). It was safe and quiet. The part we love the most about it was the staff and how genuinely hospitable and kind they were. It made the whole stay pleasant. I would recommend this if you’re on a budget and can forego the fact that it is an older hotel.

very accommodating and quiet. The best part was the food served at breakfast, every guisado was delicious. Best cafe de olla that I've had. The only suggestions I have are 1) Rooms need to be a updated and furniture renovated. Lobby are and restaurant need Air conditioning and cooling fans.

Very bad if your looking for a an all-inclusive hotel this is not it the food was bad not flavorful at all limited food choses had to order food from other places for my son not worth what we paided ive stayed in better hotels for the same amount or less.

It’s a nice little hotel but dining areas and lobby are HOT, their buffet is reasonable, although they had an actual Menu. The rooms are clean but very OUTDATED, not more the two outlets available for electronics in room, one thing I didn’t like is that you can hear everything and everyone passing by really loud. Pool is nice. And their little outdoor area is pretty cute.

This property is so outdated ... in the rooms the electrical outlets didn't work except in the bathroom and there were exposed wires behind the nightstand. The noise & light in the hallway comes into the room because there's a large gap all around the door. Couldn't lock up anything of value because there was no lock in the safe. Room was dirty and smelly like mildew. The toilet was so close to the counter that the lid wouldn't stay open and when you are seated it was leaning on your back. The shower did not drain properly and there was a sludge that came up the drain into the shower while I was in the shower.

Loved the amount of cactus against the ocean as a background. Loved that its within 5-10 minutes from nice dining. Didn't like so much that lobby is kept not so cool a bit too warm and staff arent as friendly as Ive expericed before. Lupita was lovely, Maria Guadalupe. Also they charged my husband for "bracelet" that was lost in pool and it wasnt even an all-inclusive bracelet. We were never told they would charge if that got lost....very annoying. I mean, its a nice hotel, 3/5 but could improve. If staff was friendlier i would of enjoyed more and given 4/5. One day our AC let out a bad smell they did fix that though....love that they had cold water in every hallway of the rooms! Saved us a lot😁

The property is on the older side, but it is very well maintained. The lobby had a nice bar with nightly entertainment. The pool was clean and fun to hang out in ( in part due to the swim up bar!). The pool furniture was in good shape. You could hang out at the beach also ( although the beach there is a shore break that isn’t safe to swim in most of the time). There were daily activities around the pool that were fun. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was good. As an all inclusive, there was a nice variety at the breakfast and dinner buffets and the taco/ snack bar at the pool had great food options to choose from. The all inclusive drinking was also nice. The grounds were well maintained.The hotel is just a short drive to a swimming and surfing beach and also to downtown San Jose del Cabo.
