The worst place ever we have been. They say it was inclusive but not and we have to pay all the food and that was an excepted expense. Drink was bad no alcohol to it at all. We were eating outside. Overall the picture you see and the hotel don’t much.

All staff was nice and friendly. It's an older property but well maintained. The weakest point is the food at the main restaurant, which is very average, served in a buffet style by the kitchen staff.

The door to my room did not have an inside extra lock. The door that connected to another room didn’t lock at all. The door to the balcony did not lock either. That’s a lot of doors without locks. The bed tilted to the left, like the entire mattress. The pillows were lumpy. The food was atrocious. Nice pool and beach area. Will never go back to this hotel. I checked out 2 days early because I was so uncomfortable.

The food is good and actually tasty. While theres not a lot of options, the food that is available is quite good. Theres one issue that i did not like, and that is that from 11 to 12, there are no food options!! The restaurant closes at 11, and the snack bar doesnt open intil 12.

We stayed from April 8th-11th. Overall a nice experience. Food was decent nothing crazy. Low selection. Make sure to buy the all inclusive package as food is fairly expensive, even for a tourist hotel. Rooms were mid. Outdated TV, not the most comfortable beds but we had a decent view out the garden and beach. About a 30 minute drive from Cabo San Lucas and 25 from the SJD airport. Make sure to rent a car even with the insane deposit they make you do. Paying for a taxi definitely stacks up.
