Got over 20 bed bug bites. No reimbursement. Of course, "the investigation yielded negative results". I see other reviews mention bed bugs and I just wish I had seen it before I went there.

February Visit.
This hotel was decent at best. I was disappointed throughout my entire stay. Friday, Feb 16, I checked in. The hotel is beautiful yet I did not know that the room near me would be playing a concert until 2am in the morning. The walls are thin and sound insulation is barely existent, so you can even hear the coughs of a neighbor. Saturday, I did not receive house cleaning which I asked for. I even ask for towel replacement twice and never received. It was not until Sunday that my order was satisfied after a third request. The elevator broke on Sunday causing a hassle to go up and down for any type of personal need or want. The biggest regret is the hotel has parking but you have to pay for valet. That’s slightly annoying since it’s $50 a day yet I paid for two days. I was not advise that you are also charged a parking valet tax as well for each day of its usage. So, you’re not only charge valet but also a tax on top of using the valet service. This hotel has so much potential that I am disappointed was not reached.
