The Shay exceeded our expectations. The rooftop pool is a bit of a hotspot and a really cool place to spend the day. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is trendy and well appointed.

Shay was very trendy modern design hotel. The room was clean and on point. I had a room with a patio sitting area. The staff at check-in was very nice. The pool was nice and all the servers were attentive. Dog friendly was a plus.

I give the rooms 5 stars. The design is excellent and the beds are very comfortable. My one complaint is that it takes about 5 minutes for the hot water to arrive in the shower. I stayed 3 days and it was an issue no matter what time of day I showered. Maybe it was an 6th floor issue. Also the pool is cloudy and dingy (lots of kids and French fries). I was surprised at how dirty the chaise chairs around the pool looked. Beyond that the roof pool area has a super cool vibe.

Great stay, room was wonderful clean and comfortable. The entire staff was very helpful especially the 2 front desk ladies. Carmel was so helpful professional and made me feel welcomed, special, and valued. I will certainly recommend the Shay to my people and look forward to staying there in my future travels.
