Didn’t have bedsheets on the first night, what kind of place doesn’t have bedsheets? Room also had a terrible sour smell. Pullout couch barely cleaned. Food was adequate.

I liked the fact that the rooms were spacious. I loved the continental breakfast also. I also loved all of the Asian restaurants and grocery stores nearby. What I didn't like was the poor condition of the rooms. In my room the refrigerator was leaking and the carpet was always wet. Also there was graffiti all over the couch. And the room just looked old in general and needs major renovation. We tried to get the repair man to fix the tv but he never came the first day. We had to follow up with the front desk multiple times to get the repair man to come fix the TV.

‘Got randomly upgraded to a suite after my landlord sprung us that we needed to be out by next week for repairs. On Memorial Day. Was extremely cheap for the price . Service and staff were great.

The dirty Hotel

First off we stayed there on Sunday the 11th, there was debris in the track of the elevator, notably Cheeto. Second the hallway carpets are filthy, especially at the entrance to each room. We came back on the 13th and noticed nothing has been done to clean up the tracks or the carpets. I am a retired Director of Environmental Services for Dignity Health and I know what I’m talking about. It seems no one is taking the time to do rounds and take control of making sure your hotel is ready for quests. You’ve lost a future guest and I will make sure the rest of my family knows the condition of your facility.
