Comfortable but not pleasant

You could hear a lot of noise, the police showed up at 2am pounding on the door of the room next to ours, the cleaning staff were unfriendly

Asthmatic Distress

The power went out at 2 am and never turned back on !!!!!! I needed to use my breathing machine no power. Went in the bathroom , no hot water! Turned in my key , no refund or free night for a medical inconvenience. No generator!!!! I have no car, Fires all around ,just insane!!!!

Booked based on reviews and amenities! Before paying, asked about amenities and received assurance all was fine. First room was appalling. Was upgraded to a similar from that also was appalling. The promised amenities were all broke and not usable. Requested refund immediately but was denied. Left to the Marriott as I could not let my family stay in the filth. Took extensive pictures!! Be aware.
