Room was clean, and furnished with decent linens. A/C unit worked well despite the weather. Suitcase rack and provided hanging space was appreciated. Staff accommodated a request for a ground floor room and extra towels. Very few outlets available in the room that weren't already used for the TV, lamp(s), A/C, etc. Woke up to a roach on the vanity counter after the first night. Front office offered to have the room sprayed in case of more. None seen after the first occurrence.

Sean at check in was great and friendly, checked us in quick and smooth. Location of the motel was great lots of restaurants and entertainment and shops around. Room was good, bed was comfortable clean floor could have been a bit more swept and mopped. Over all room was good and would definitely stay again.

The staff and the room .They put me and three year old son in a room for the second time that they were already informed by me personally that the heater didn’t work .They exact same staff member that I complained to about this the first night is the same staff member who checked me in to the room the second time .Its cold outside and I have the heater set to 85 and it’s blowing out cold air .I have a 3 year old with me that was diagnosed with sickle cell anemia at birth so extreme temperatures are a trigger for him . When I went to the office and asked the attendant how he possibly put me back in the exact same room with the heater still broken a week later his only solution was one extra thin ass fleece blanket .I had to go buy a thick blanket and keep the shower on to use the heat and steam from the shower to warm the room up .The first time this incident occurred they offered me $10 off my room .I told them when I checked out I didn’t want the $10 off as I will not ever spend money here again and you can see from my records I have spent thousands of dollars at this establishment.
